- How do I get a COA?
- Open the COA Library and search by product. If a lot file is missing, email support@eosynlabs.com with the product name and lot number.
- When do orders ship?
- Standard shipping is 3–5 business days. Express is 1–2 business days. Free standard shipping over $150.
- How do I contact support?
