Every product sold by Eosyn Labs is for laboratory research use only. Nothing we sell is for human or veterinary use of any kind — not for consumption, not for cosmetic use, not for compounding into anything that will be consumed.

By ordering, you certify that you are at least 21 years old, that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes, and that you understand and accept the research-use-only restriction. You agree not to resell our products for any form of consumption or personal use. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders we believe are intended for personal use. Refused orders are refunded in full.

Product information on this site — including purity data and certificates of analysis — describes the material as tested. It is not a claim about effects, benefits, or suitability for any purpose beyond laboratory research. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

We collect the information needed to operate a research-supply store: contact and shipping details you provide at checkout, order history, and messages you send to support. If you join the waitlist or newsletter, we store your email address for that purpose.

We use standard analytics and email-marketing tools to understand site usage and send communications you have requested. We do not sell personal data. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on Eosyn Labs servers.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@eosynlabs.com. We retain order records as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Handling time is 1–2 business days; orders placed after 2 PM Central or on weekends begin processing the next business day. Standard shipping is free on orders over $150.

Every package ships with its lot number, and the batch COA is on file before it leaves. We currently ship within the United States only.

If your tracking shows no movement for 15 days, contact support and we'll ship a replacement. If a package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 7 days and we'll work through it with you — check with household members and neighbors first, since that resolves most cases.

All sales are final. Research peptides are temperature- and handling-sensitive, so returned product can't be verified or restocked, and we don't resell anything that has left our control.

Two exceptions. If we ship the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged, email support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of what you received. We'll ship a replacement or issue store credit — your choice.

We don't issue cash refunds. Claims made after 7 days, or without photos, can't be processed.

Support is provided by email at support@eosynlabs.com, typically within 1–2 business days. We do not offer phone support.

Support can help with orders, shipping, documentation, and Certificates of Analysis. Support cannot provide medical advice, usage guidance, or any information about non-research applications, and such requests will be declined.
